OPERATION
WARNING - Do not leave the appliance
unattended when it is in operation, so that
you can intervene quickly in case of any
hazards.
Before first use
Remove all packaging material.
Remove all stickers or labels from the
appliance, except for the appliance's rating
plate.
Wash the basket and grill with hot water, a
little liquid detergent, and a non-abrasive
sponge.
Clean the interior and exterior of the
appliance with a damp cloth.
When using the fryer for the first time,
you may notice smoke or a slight odor in
the first few minutes of cooking. This is
normal. Ensure that the environment is
well-ventilated.
Recommendations
Place the appliance on a stable, level, and
heat-resistant surface.
Leave at least 50 mm of space around the
appliance.
Have oven gloves (or a kitchen towel) at
hand, use heat-resistant plastic tongs, and
a heat-resistant mat or plate to support
the basket.
Hold the handle of the basket with your
hand and slide the basket out of the body.
Place the basket on a heat-resistant mat.
To remove the grill from the basket, use
the holes in the tray to remove it with your
hands; wait for the grill and basket to cool
down.
Slide the basket into the fryer until it locks
into place. The appliance will not function
unless the basket is properly placed.
Do not fill the basket with oil or any other
liquid.
Never place the basket in the fryer without
the rubber supports, as this can damage
the non-stick coating of the parts.
