Control panel
ON/OFF button
Red light – the fryer is in standby mode.
White light – the fryer is running.
Basket 1 or basket 2 check button
Press the buttons to select basket 1 or basket 2.
Menu button (automatic programs)
Press the Menu button to choose the program you want.
Temperature adjustment buttons
Press the buttons to increase/decrease the temperature.
Time adjustment buttons
Press the buttons to increase/decrease the time.
Start/Pause button
Press the button to start or to pause the selected program.
Function Inner light (light)
Press the button to illuminate the inside of the basket. The light goes
off after 60 seconds.
Delayed start function
Press the button to schedule the deferred start of a program.
Function button "at the same time" (Smart)
Press the button so that different programs end at the same time.
Function button "the same program" (Match)
Press the button to select the same program for both baskets.
Automatic shake function (SHAKE)
Notifies when the program is halfway through the time.
Usage
Note: The fryer emits an audible warning
each time you press a button.
When connected to the power supply, the
fryer will display the ON/OFF button in red;
the fryer is in standby mode.
Press the ON/OFF button; the fryer enters
operating mode, and the control panel
becomes active.

NOTE - After 180 seconds without any
action, the fryer will automatically shut off.
Press the basket selection button (Cuba
1 or Cuba 2); the button blinks, and the
basket display blinks.
Use the Menu button to select an
automatic program; you can adjust the
temperature or time by pressing the
temperature or time adjustment buttons.
