Press the Start/Pause button to start the
program.
NOTES: To change the programmed
temperature or time, press the
temperature and time selection
button; you can increase or decrease
the temperature and time using the
temperature and time adjustment buttons.
After the program finishes, the fan
continues to operate if the temperature
inside the basket is above 100 °C.
Some foods need to be stirred during
cooking. To stir them, slide the basket out
of the body and shake it. Then, slide the
basket back into the body; cooking will
continue.
Basket Preheating
Press the ON/OFF button; the fryer enters
operating mode, and the control panel
becomes active.
Press the basket selection button (Cuba
1 or Cuba 2); the button blinks, and the
basket display blinks.
Set the temperature to 180 °C and the
time to 5 minutes.
Press the Start/Pause button to preheat
the basket(s).
Interior Light Function (light)
Press the button to illuminate the inside of
the basket; the light will automatically turn
off after 60 seconds.
Press again to turn it off before 60 seconds.
Delayed Start Function (Delay
start)
Press the ON/OFF button; the fryer enters
operating mode, and the control panel
becomes active.
Press the Delay Start button; the basket,
program buttons, and display will blink.
Program the time with the time
adjustment buttons. The default time is 90
minutes; you can adjust the time between
10 and 900 minutes.
Program the fryer (basket selection,
program...).
Press the Start/Pause button to start the
program; a countdown will begin, and the
program will start after the countdown
ends.
Smart Function Button
Press the ON/OFF button; the fryer enters
operating mode, and the control panel
becomes active.
Program both baskets (basket selection,
program, etc.).
Press the Smart button.
Press the Start/Pause button to start the
program; the program with the longer time
will start.
The basket with the longer set time will
start first, until it reaches the same time
as the other basket, so that both programs
end simultaneously.
