OUNTING
1. Clip the grid on the drinker (photo 1 and 2)
2. Secure the ballast mounting hardware to the ballast (photo 3 and 4)
3. Screw the valve on the drinker and make sure that the two little pipes of the valve sink respectively into two
predefined slots on the drinker (photo 5, 6 and 7,8)
4. Thread the two nuts on the hose and secure with one of them the hose to the valve (photo 9, 10 and 11)
5. Insert the ballast into the drinker through the opening in the bottom of the drinker (photo 11 and 12)
6. Secure the other end of the hose to the water supply (you may need a coupling to do so – this is not included)
or connect the hose with included coupling piece to the water supply pipe (PVC or PE fast) (photo 14).
To use this coupling piece you have to use pipes with a diameter of Ø 20-26mm and drill a hole in it with a
diameter of Ø 8mm.
Put the drinker on the floor of the coop or suspend it with the separately sold suspension set.
