INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. SAFETY WARNINGS
ො Children under 3 years of age should be kept out of the reach of the appliance unless
they are conti nuously supervised.
ො Children from 3 years and under 8 years and people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabiliti es or lack of experience and knowledge should only switch the
appliance on/off as long as it has been placed or installed in its intended normal
operati ng positi on and They are supervised or have received instructi ons regarding
the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the risks that the appliance
poses. They must not, however, plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or carry out
maintenance operati ons.
ො Children must not play with the appliance.
ො For additi onal protecti on, the installati on of a residual current device (RCD) having
a rated residual operati ng current not exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical
circuit. Ask your installer for advice.
ො If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid risks, it should be replaced by the
manufacturer, maintenance department or similar sector professionals.
ො This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external ti mer or separate
remote-control system.
ො Only the appropriate connector must be used.
ො Do not use a� achments not recommended or supplied for this product.
ො Disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is le� una� ended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
ො To protect against electric shock, never immerse any appliance, the mains lead or plug
in water or any other liquid.
ො Never reach for any appliance that has fallen into water. Switch off the power at the
mains immediately and unplug. Do not re-use.
ො Avoid placing the appliance where the power cord might be accidentally caught, or the
appliance maybe knocked into a sink.
ො Ensure that your hands are dry before operati ng the switch or turning off . Ensure the
appliance is switched OFF before connecti ng to the mains power supply.
ො Do not touch the hot surfaces, use handles or knobs.
ො Do not carry the appliance by the cord or pull thte cord to remove the plug from the
socket.
