When using any electrical appliance, the following basic safety pre-
cautions should always be observed.

• Place the scale on a hard, flat surface when using it.
1. Turn it on by stepping quickly and carefully on the button.
2. Place the scale on a solid, smooth surface.
3. Carefully stepping on the Power Push button will generate enough power for you to weigh
yourself. Please wait until "0.0" appears.
4. The scale will automatically turn off after one minute.
