Removing and cleaning the filtering system
a. Dual Cyclone filter Fig. 5
1. Press the button on the handle of the dust tank.
2. Remove the tank.
3. Hold the dust tank, turn the lid counterclockwise, and remove it.
4. Remove the Dual Cyclone filter.
5. Clean it.
b. Air outlet filter. Fig. 6
1. Press the button on the air-outlet filter grille to open it.
2. Remove the air-outlet filter for cleaning or replacement.
- Vacuum and shake the filters to remove every particle and dust remain that may block
them and hinder correct air circulation. Remember not to use the vacuum cleaner without
the filters properly assembled.
- Filters cannot be washed inside a washing machine or dried with a hair dryer.
- Do not brush the high-efficiency filter.
Note:
The filter sponge will collect dust. This is normal and will not affect filter performance. If
the amount of dust accumulated on the filter sponge affects suction performance, then it is
advisable to remove the filter, rinse it, and leave it to dry for 48 hours, in a ventilated place
away from fire or other hot objects before putting it back into the vacuum cleaner. This should
be done once every six months or when you notice a loss in suction power. Before replacing it,
make sure it is completely dry, otherwise it may damage the vacuum cleaner.
Please note:
- Please note that the vacuum cleaner is equipped with a safety system that prevents it from
reaching an excessive vacuum level. If the vacuum is too high, the safety switch will be
turned on. In this case, it can diminish the vacuum rate and prevent damage to the motor.
- Regularly check all filters for damage, preferably after each cleaning. Replace the filters
immediately if damaged. Always unplug the vacuum cleaner from the mains when
checking the filters
