SANITIZE: Before Sanitizing, make sure you have cleaned feeding items, bottle brushes, and
wash basins. Sanitize all items by boiling per these instructions.
1. Place disassembled feeding items into a CLEAN pot and cover with water.
2. Put the pot over heat and bring to a boil.
3. Boil for 10 minutes.
4. Remove items with clean tongs.
5. If any components yellow or harden after long-term use, these components should
be replaced if this happens.
6. Place the pieces neatly on a clean, unused paper towel or dish towel or in a clean
drying rack and allow them to air dry. Do not rub parts with a dish towel or rub or
pat dry because doing so may transfer germs to the items.
7. REMEMBER- DO NOT STORE wet or damp parts ass mold may develop.
Store Safely Until Needed
Allow the clean pump parts, bottle brushes, and wash basins to air-dry thoroughly before
storing to help prevent germs and mold from growing. Once completely dry, the items should
be stored in a clean, protected area to prevent contamination during storage.

Wash hands. Wash hands well with soap and water.
•
Reassemble. Put together the clean, dry pump parts.
•
Store safely. Place reassembled pump kit in a clean, protected area such as inside an
unused, sealable food storage bag. Store wash basins and bottle brushes in a clean area
