5. Assembling is finished
After the assembly of the Hygeia Manual hand pump adapter is complete, attach the manual
hand pump adapter to the back of the Flange funnel and base with duckbill valve that is
connected to the storage container.

How do I thaw and use stored breast milk?

Write the date on the storage container. Include your child's name if you are giving the milk to
a child care provider
•
Refrigerate or chill milk right after it is pumped, if possible. You can put it in the refrigerator,
place in a cooler or insulated cooler pack, or freeze it in small (2-to 4 ounces) batches for later
feedings. Pumped milk is OK without being refrigerated for up to 4 hours after pumping.
