Proper orientation of CAM LOCK
Insert Cam Bolts (1), Cam Locks (2), and Dowels (3) to Left Side Panel
(B) and Right Side Panel (C). Loosely attach Anti-Tipping Kit (12) and
(12c) to Right Side Panel (C). Note: This will be tightened in Step 20.
