Installation

All electricalwiring must be properlyinstalled,insulatedand grounded. O verlyaccumulated
greasein old ductwork shouldbecleanedout or duct work shouldbe replacedif necessary to
avoidthe possibility of a greasefire. Checkall joints on ductwork to insureproperconnection
andalljoints shouldbe properlytaped.
Operations
Readall instructions in this manual b eforeoperatingtheappliance. S avetheseinstructions for
futurereference.
Always leave safety grills and filters in place. Without these components, operating blowers
could catch on to hair,fingers and loose clothing.
NEVERdispose cigarette ashes, ignitable substances, or any foreign objects into blowers.
NEVERleave cooking unattended.When frying, oil in the pan can easily overheat and catch fire.
The risk of self combustion is higher when the oil has been used several times.
Cleaning
Thesaturationof greasyresiduein the blowerand filters may causeincreased flammability.
Keepunit cleanandfreeof greaseandresiduebuild-upat all timesto preventpossible fires.
Filtersmust be cleanedperiodically and kept free from accumulation of cookingresidue(see
cleaninginstructions inside). O ldand wornfiltersmustbereplacedimmediately. Donotoperate
blowers whenfiltersare removed. N ever disassemble partstocleanwithoutproper instructions.
