adapter (11).

Inserting/removing the tool
attachment (Fig. 5)
WARNING
Tool attachments may be sharp and become hot during
use. Always wear protective gloves when handling the
tool attachments.
CAUTION
Keep your hands away from the tool attachment when
the product is in operation.
Note:
If you would like to use the dust extraction unit, you must
connect it prior to installing the tool attachment (see Con-
necting/removing the suction adapter (11) and the angle
adapter (10) (fig. 4))

2. Hold the product by the handle (3). Turn the product
by 90º.
3. Use a Phillips screwdriver (not included in the scope
of delivery) to turn the connection screw (12) anti-
clockwise until it is completely loose.
4. Remove the suction adapter (11) from the product.

Inserting the tool attachment (Fig. 6)
Note:
You can insert the tool attachments into any grid position
in the tool attachment receiver.
1. Turn the lever (1) through 180° until it engages.
This lifts the union nut (8) and releases the tool at-
tachment receiver (7).
2. Inserting tool attachments when the tool receiver is
open:
Insert the tool attachment into the tool attachment re-
ceiver (7).
Loosen the union nut (8), using a slotted screwdriver
(not included in the scope of delivery) if required.
3. Tool attachments with closed tool receiver:
Additionally disassemble the union nut (8).
4. After inserting, use a slotted screwdriver (not included
in the scope of delivery) to re-tighten the union nut (8).
5. Turn the lever (1) 180° again until it clicks into place.
Note:
Check that the tool attachment is fitted securely.
Tool attachments that are not fitted correctly or securely
may come loose during operation and injure you.
• Mortar/concrete residues
• Tile/carpet adhesive
• Paint/silicone residues
• Removing material residues
• Removing carpet adhesive resi-
dues from the floor
