POWERBANK TROUBLESHOOTING
1. When the Powerbank is charging the Pen, if
the power level falls below 10%, the charging
process will stop, and the rst white LED will ash
10 times to indicate low power.
2. During the charging process of the
Powerbank, if the surface temperature of the
battery cell exceeds 45°C or falls below 0°C, the
charging will be halted, and the second white
LED will ash 8 times.
3. In the case of output short-circuit or
over-current protection, the Powerbank will halt
the output, and the third white LED will ash 5
times to indicate the protection status.
4. If there is an inconsistency in the charging IC
communication during the writing and reading
of data, the Powerbank will stop the output, and
the fourth white LED will ash 3 times to indicate
the protection status.
5. To check the type of protection, you can
press the So Touch button a er the protection
indication is completed. The current protection
type will be displayed, and the indication will
be the same as described above.
6. To li the protection, you can either remove
and insert the Pen or plug and unplug the
USB-C cable. This action will release the
aforementioned protection and restore the
device to its normal working status. If the
protection occurs again, the above protection
process will need to be repeated.
