Potential Cause/Solution
Please ensure that the unit is fully charged
via the mains cable. Once charging, check the
charging percentage of the radio by selecting
the Info button.
Ensure that the radio is tuned in and available
stations have been scanned. If no stations are
available, perform a rescan or a reset of the
unit.
When a station is playing, ensure that the
volume dial is switched up.
Switch o and unplug the unit. Leave it for
2 minutes and switch it on again. Perform a
factory reset and rescan for stations.
Perform a factory reset via the Menu button on
the radio. Restart the radio and allow it to set
back up again.
After prolonged use in the shower the unit
may begin to produce distorted/mu ed
sound. This is due to water inside the speaker
restricting movement. To x this, simply shake
any water out of the speaker grill.
