• To prevent the blades from colliding with any object, it is recommended to leave a minimum distance of
0.60 meters (x) on each side.
• The fan must be installed in such a way that the blades are 2.3 meters from the ground (y).
• The location chosen for its placement must be able to support a minimum of 45 kg in order to support the
weight of the fan. Fig. 1
• Note: the fixing screws (11) (included) are designed to be used with the fan on a concrete or wooden ceiling.
If the installation is carried out on a different material (false ceiling, etc.) it is recommended to use the
appropriate fixing screws for that material (not included). Fig. 2.
• Unscrew the upper screws of the engine mount anchor (5), slide the plastic plunger down and remove the
pin. Fig. 6
• Remove the retaining clip to extract the pin from the lower end of the engine support anchor (5)
• Then, pass the upper motor cables inside the motor support anchor (5) to the other edge. Fig. 7
• Subsequently, insert the motor mount anchor (5) into the upper motor mount (7) unscrewing the screws a
little and secure it by inserting the pin with the retaining clip and tightening the screws. Fig. 8
• Insert the roof trim (4) and the engine trim (6).
• Insert the upper pin of the motor support anchor (5), keeping the connection cables apart, and raise the
plunger to the end. Next, tighten the screw to leave it well fixed. Fig. 9
• To mount the blades (1),
Screw each blade anchor (14) to the blade with the set screws (15) and nut.
• Place the blades (1) in the engine (7) screwing them firmly so that they do not oscillate when they are in
operation. Fig. 3
• Then, place the LED light support (8). First, loosen the screws of the round anchor, located at the bottom of
the motor, pass the light cable through the hole and screw it. Fig. 4
• Next, connect the LED lights (9) (Blue-Blue / White-White). Fig. 5
• The LED lights are attached to the support by magnets so they can be moved for placement.
• Place the ceiling support frame (2) in the desired location, ensuring that the ceiling power cables are
centered to make the subsequent connection. A waterproof rubber cover (16) is included to be placed
between the roof and the roof support frame (2) if you consider it necessary.
• Make the holes in the ceiling, taking into account the previous indications about the types of surfaces, and
anchor the ceiling support frame (2).
• Make sure that the electrical current is disconnected.
• Place the semi-assembled fan by inserting the piston of the motor support anchor (5) into the ceiling
support frame (2) matching the groove of the piston with a small notch in the support frame. Fig. 11
• Place the Receiver (3) on the ceiling support frame (2). Note that the wires from the receiver must be on the
side of the receiver where the power strip is located. Fig. 12
• Then, make the connections according to the following diagram:
• Once connected, place the roof trim making it coincide with the holes of the support frame (2) by turning
and insert the screws.
• Once located on the ceiling, place the ceiling lamp (10) making it rotate on the LED support (8). You can now
connect the electrical current. Fig. 14
• The balancing kit (12) should only be used if there is considerable wobble in the fan after fully assembled:
- Turn on the fan and select maximum power, look at the blade that oscillates the most.
- Turn off the fan and wait for it to come to a complete standstill. Place the balance clip in the middle of
the blade on the blade that wobbles the most. Turn on the fan and see if the oscillation has increased or
decreased.
- Repeat this process on all the blades, observing which one achieves less oscillation.
- Once the blade is selected, it will be tested by placing the balance clip a little closer to the tip or then a
little closer to the anchor, observing where the oscillation is less in movement.
- Remove the clip where the oscillation is less and place a balance weight sticking it in the middle area at
the top of the blade.
- If the problem continues, you can repeat the operation again with more balance weights.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• To link the fan with the remote control, press the on/off button (a) on the remote control for 5 seconds until
you hear a sound, thus completing the link successfully.
• The radio frequency band in which this device works is 433.050 – 434.79 MHz and the Maximum Power
transmitted, -0.567 dBm
• Remote control (13) :
- On / off light button (a).
