W ALK ASSIST AND BOOST MODE
Walk assist
The walk assist mode is helping you to push the e-bike when walking
on its side. The walk assist mode is moving the bike forward up to 6
km/h (3.7 mph).
You can activate the walk assist by pushing and holding down the
throttle of the deported remote. When releasing the throttle the walk
assist stops automatically.
Note: In reverse mode, pushing the throttle will move the bike
backwards.
In walk assist or reverse mode the pedals may turn at the same time.
Make sure there is enough space between yourself and the e-bike.
Boost mode
Use the boost mode for an easy start. Push the throttle down and the
motor will provide extra assistance up to 6 km/h (3.7 mph). As soon as
you release the throttle the boost mode will stop.
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
To clean your Valeo equipped e-bike use a soft cloth dampened
with water. Do not immerse any component in water or clean with
pressurized water.
Check up
Have your Valeo equipped e-bike checked by an authorized Valeo
dealer at least once a year. Your Valeo dealer will inspect mechanical
parts but also verify that the system software is up to date.

Caution: Your Go 7 motor is equipped with an integrated
gearbox. The gearbox requires oil to function properly. Oil
change is required at intervals of 13,000 km (8,000 miles) or
1,000 hours.
The oil used is specific to ensure proper function of both mechanical
and electrical components. Riding with an incorrect level of oil or past
the oil change interval may damage the motor and void any warranty
claim.
Using the motor with a non-compliant oil will damage the electronic
components of the motor and will not be covered by the warranty.
Have all repairs and specific maintenance done by an authorized
Valeo e-bike dealer.
