Problem
Leaks underneath handle.
There is no hot or cold
water.
Possible Cause
□
Locking nut has come loose.
□
O-ring on cartridge is dirty or
damaged.
□
The water supply line was
acccidentally kinked during
installation and is limiting the
water flow through.
Solution
□
Tighten the locking nut.
□
Clean or replace O-ring.
□
Reinstall the water supply line.
