How to reset the earphones
To reset the earphones, disconnect them, access your
smartphone's Bluetooth settings, tap on KSIX NC3 and tap
on "Unpair". Place them on the charging case, take them out
and repeat the pairing process. If the left and right
earphones keep flashing blue quickly, tap the right
earphone 6 times to pair them. Once the left and right
earphones are paired with each other, they will slowly flash
a blue light. Then, repeat the pairing process with your
device.
Charging the earphones
To charge the earphones, simply place both inside the
charging case, close the cover and they will start to charge
automatically. The charging case LED display will light up
and will show the charging case battery, as well as indicate
if the earphones are being charged. The earphones LED
indicators will flash blue quickly. Make sure that both
earphones are properly introduced in the case.
It takes about 1 hour to charge the earphones up to full.
Note: The charging case cover needs to be closed for the
earphones to charge.
Charging the charging case
The charging case incorporates a USB-C port. The LED
display will light up while charging the earphones until they
are charged up to full. While charging the earphones, the
LED display will also show the battery percentage of the
charging case itself. This will also appear when charging the
charging case.
It takes about 1 hour to charge the charging case up to full.
With the charging case being fully charged, you will be able
to charge your earphones up to full about 2 times.
Troubleshooting: If the charging case LED indicator does
not turn on during its charge, it should be due to a power
supply issue. Please, check if the charging cable is correctly
connected to the charging case. Check both ends of the
cable, as well as the power supply state and the device you
are using to charge, whether it is a wall charger, a
powerbank or a PC port.
Maintenance recommendations
• Regularly clean the product with a dry cloth. The product
must be disconnected or
switched on when you clean it.
• Keep the connectors and/or ports free from dust, lint, etc.
