You can adjust the angle of inclination of the lower spar part. This allows you to adapt
the device to your body size.

Turn the bars #4 a quarter turn to release the guide handle #1.
2.
The three holes in the brackets correspond to three heights of the lever according
to your body size. 1 is lowest, 3 is highest.
