Description:
The ECKLA camfix consists of a steel frame with a soft
polyurethane coating. The visible metal parts of the camfix
are made of stainless steel.
The desired device is mounted at the angled flat portion and
is secured by one of the three holes using the supplied knurled
screw.
The triangular part of the camfix is intended as the support
for holding and supporting on the car door or as a base on
a pad. The lever is used to clamp and release the support.
The included attaching sheet can be hung on the door between
the glass and window seal to hold the camfix on the car door.
The ECKLA camfix can be used by ambidextrous people by
turning the support triangle. To convert from right to left hand
operation, unscrew the clamping lever with the red button
completely. Slightly pull apart the triangular support foot for
it to detach from the angled support arm and attach the
triangular support foot again in reverse order.

1. USER INFORMATION
There are three openings at the angled arm of the tripod.
Different attachments (cameras, telescopes, lightning, lights,
microphones and any tripod heads) can be mounted at these
openings using the knurled knob and associated turning screw.
For mounting a camera, for example, screw the turning screw
first to the camera. Place the camera with the screw in the
desired opening of the tripod arm and fasten it from below
using the knurled screw. The turning screw is equipped with
2 threads 1/4" and 3/8" and thus can be used as needed on
both sides with the desired thread size.
1 a. Clamping lever
The angle of the tripod joint can be infinitely adjusted and
fastened with the clamping lever that is mounted at the side
of the tripod joint. For this purpose, loosen the lever counter-
clockwise, bringing the swivel mount to the desired position
and fix the lever in the opposite direction. By pressing the
red button and pull the clamping lever outward, the clamping
lever can be adjusted in the angle, without releasing the fixed
clamping.
The devices to be attached can be bolted, shortly before use,
on the tripod and the setting angle can be prepared in advance
for the use, for example in the car window. Time consuming
settings are not required and you are quickly ready to use.
Prior to installing cameras, etc. always check the fixed
clamping of the tripod joint!
The stand is completely plastic-coated and thus protected
against scratching, damage to contact areas and still pleasant
in to hold in your hands even in cold temperatures.
1 b. Maintenance and cleaning
The tripod does not require maintenance. All visible metal
parts of the tripod are made of stainless steel. Avoid
lubricating the joint. This could affect the locking ability.
During dirt accumulations, clean the tripod with a damp cloth
and mild detergent.
