Using the Seal Function

Place one open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber (please make sure the open end is across the seal bar).
Press "Seal" button, Vacuum chamber will close automatically; seal time will count down to 0 from default setting, showing on digital

display. The Vacuum chamber will open automatically and beep.

Remove bag and inspect bag and seal.
(Note: A good seal will look clear upon inspection. If the seal is spotty, incomplete, wrinkled, white or milky, remove sealed
portion and run vacuum and seal process again.)
Using the Pulse Vacuum Function
The "Pulse" vacuum function can be used to control the vacuum time and pressure, and prevent crushing delicate items.

Place the food inside in the bag (Note: This unit is not designed to Vacuum Pack Liquids)
2.
Allow minimum of 25mm-50mm of space at the top of bag to ensure a good seal.
3.
Place the open end of the bag across the chamber seal gasket. Please make sure that the open end is within the vacuum chamber.
Press the "Pulse" button continually, until it reaches the pressure that you want.

When the pressure reaches desired level, press "Seal" button to start sealing. , Vacuum chamber will close automatically; seal time will

count down to 0 from default setting, showing on digital display. The Vacuum chamber will open automatically and beep.

Using with a Canister
Your Vacuum Pack Machine can also be used with Vacuum Pack Canisters (not supplied).
The following instructions use the CB578 Vogue 2.5L Square vacuum canister as an example.

Place product into the canister (do not fill past 2.5L line). Make sure the canister lid is dry and the lid gasket is without any powder or
food debris. Place lid into position.
Turn the knob on the Lid to the "Vacuum" position.

Connect the hose to the Accessory port on the machine and the port on the canister lid.
Press the "Accessory" button while slightly pressing down the lid for 3-5s. The machine will start vacuuming.

Pressing the "Cancel" button at any time will stop the vacuum process.

After the vacuum process is complete, the machine will stop automatically. Remove the hose from the canister and turn the knob to
"Lock" position.
Please store the vacuumed items properly. All perishable foods must be refrigerated or frozen to prevent spoilage.
To open vacuum canister, twist knob to "Open" position.

Note :Use only canisters designed for vacuum packaging. Other containers can implode under the vacuum pressure of
the Vacuum Sealer
