Unpacking
• Open the packaging and carefully remove the prod-
uct.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the pack-
aging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
• Check the product and accessory parts for transport
damage. In the event of complaints the carrier must
be informed immediately. Later claims will not be
recognised.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of the
warranty period.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating manual before using for the first time.
• With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Spare parts
can be obtained from your specialist dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for the product.
m WARNING!
The product and the packaging material are not
children's toys! Do not let children play with plas-
tic bags, films or small parts! There is a danger of
choking or suffocating!
8. Layout
The workshop trolley is largely assembled and you
need only fit the castors and the handle as follows:
8.1 Fitting the handle (Fig. 3)

Take the handle (7) and guide it into the intended
recesses of the workshop trolley (1) with the holes
until the assembly holes match.

Attach the handle (7) using a Phillips head screw-
driver (not included in the scope of delivery) and
the Phillips screws M6x10 (A).
8.2 Fitting the castors (Fig. 4)
• Set the workshop trolley down (1) on the floor with
the underside facing upwards.
• Take the caster with brake (5) and insert it into the
assembly holes of the workshop trolley on the han-
dle side until it snaps in place.
• Repeat this process for the second castor with brake
(5).
• Take the caster with brake (4) and insert it into the
assembly holes of the workshop trolley on the oppo-
site side to the handle until it snaps in place.
• Repeat this process for the second castor (4).
• Then put the workshop trolley (1) on its wheels.
8.3 Fitting the slip mat (Fig. 1)
Now place the slip mat (8) on the top of the workshop
trolley.

Always make sure the product is fully assembled
before commissioning!
9.1 Unlocking the drawer lock (Fig. 5)
The workshop trolley (1) has a lock (9) which is in the
bottom storage compartment (10).
• To unlock the drawer (2), open the bottom storage
compartment (10) and pull the drawer lock (9) down-
wards.
• To lock the drawer (2), push it upwards.
9.2 Castor braking function (Fig. 1)
The castors with brake (5) can be blocked against unin-
tentional rolling away.
• To engage the castors with brake (5), push the brake
(6) down with your foot.
• To release the brake, push the brake (6) down with
your foot on the opposite side.
10. Cleaning
• Keep the product as free of dust and dirt as possible.
Rub the product clean with a clean cloth or blow it off
with compressed air at low pressure.
• We recommend that you clean the product directly
after every use.
• Clean the product at regular intervals using a damp
cloth and a little soft soap. Do not use any cleaning
products or solvents; they could attack the plastic
parts of the product. Make sure that no water can
penetrate the device interior. Water ingress can
cause rust on the product.
