Possible cause/solution
- Is the on/off switch (20) in position I?
- Is the plug connected to a suitable wall outlet?
- Is the wall outlet defective? Try another wall outlet.
- Check the fuse of your wall outlet.
- Has the appliance reached its operating temperature? The
appliance needs to heat up for around 30 seconds before steam
can be produced.
- Is the water reservoir empty? Refill the water reservoir (see the
chapter "OPERATION", section "Filling the water reservoir").
