Now plug the transmitter into the trigger port on your switched-off projector.
Set the trigger function in your projector according to the manufacturer's ins-
tructions. Alternatively,
you can use the enclo-
sed adapter cable to
adapt the 3.5 mm jack
connection to USB. You
can the trigger func-
tion via a USB output
on your projector, pro-
vided that it does not
have a classic 5-12V
trigger output. Please note that some projectors do not completely disconnect
the USB ports from the power supply in standby and a residual voltage remains
on the USB ports. In this case, the trigger function of the screen cannot work,
as the screen must be able to recognise the switching status via the voltage
at the projector output in order to implement the automatic trigger function.
The screen now extends automatically when the projector is switched on and
retracts automatically when the projector is switched off.
Please note that it may take a moment (up to approx. 3 minutes) before the
screen retracts after the projector is switched off.
