If the product is not registered, a 5-year commercial warranty for the tank shall apply.

The commercial warranty does not affect any free corrective measures stipulated by the law to
which consumers or users are entitled if the goods are defective.

The replacement of a part shall not extend the duration of the commercial warranty.
Warranty limitations: The following are excluded from any type of warranty:
• Wear of parts that, due to their design and/or function, are subject to natural deterioration as
a result of wear and/or to a reduction in performance.
• Appliances that cannot be examined (difficult to access for repair, maintenance or analysis).
• Damage that may be sustained by an appliance due to weathering, frost, the instability of
electric currents or the water quality.
• Deterioration caused by accumulation of waste (lime, sludge, etc.).
• If the tap water hardness is not within the 10 °f to 20 °f range, a water treatment system must
be installed and properly maintained in order to benefit from the warranty.
Conditions which will void any warranty: The warranty shall be rendered null and void if the
installation of the appliance is not in compliance with the existing national standards or in the case of
an incorrect hydraulic connection. The warranty shall also be rendered null and void in the event of
an improper or missing installation of safety devices (e.g. to counteract excess pressure), abnormal
corrosion due to an improper hydraulic connection, improper earthing, unsuitability of the electric
cable cross-section, or if the connection plan contained in this manual was not followed. Likewise,
poor maintenance, repairs or changes which have not been performed by the technical team of
the manufacturer or a team authorised to do so by the manufacturer, or the disconnection of the
corrosion protection device will also void the warranty.
The device for discharging the safety valve must be activated once a month to prevent scale building
up and to check it is not blocked. Ignoring this step could lead to the deterioration of the appliance
and render the warranty invalid. Damage to the appliance due to excessive pressure causing the
safety valve to lock is not covered by the warranty.
The products in this instruction manual may be modified according to technical developments and
the regulations in force.
