Malfunction remedy
Malfunction
The pump does not switch on
The pump capacity is insufficient
The aeration is not working
The pump shuts down after a brief
running time (approx. 10 s)
The SwimSkim floats up

Possible cause
No supply voltage
The pump housing contains air
The impeller unit is blocked
The filter cage is soiled
The air hose is kinked or discon-
nected
The air hose is not inserted up to
the mark in the intake socket
The water temperature is too high Adhere to the maximum water
The pump has run dry
The filter basket is full or clogged
The impeller unit is soiled
Remedy
Check the supply voltage
Pull the power plug.
 For venting, tilt the SwimSkim in
the direction of the skimmer
flap

 Remove any kinks in the air hose
 Securely fasten the air hose
Correctly position the air hose in
the intake socket
temperature of + 35 °C
 To reactivate the unit, allow the
pump to cool down, pull the
power plug and plug it back into
the outlet.
Clean the SwimSkim and the pump.
