Insert Cam Locks (2), and Dowels (3) to Left Side Panel (B), Right Side
Panel (C) and Molding (E) x2. Loosely attach Anti-Tipping Kit (15) and
(15c) to Right Side Panel (C). Note: This will be tightened in Step 8.
