REMOVING THE WHISK OR EGGBEATER ACCESSORIES
1. Slide the speed selector into position 0 (off).
2. Push the ejection button (EJECT) to eject the whisks or dough hooks.
Note: Do not eject the accessories while the appliance is in use. Turn the appliance off first by sliding
the speed control to 0, then eject the whisks or dough hooks.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The appliance is intended for the following uses:

1. After attaching the accessories to the motor body, position them directly in the container with
the ingredients.
2. There are 5 speed settings: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. 1 indicates the lowest speed setting and 5 the
highest.
3. To increase the speed, move the speed control to the right; to reduce the speed, move the
speed control to the left.
4. Do not use the mixer for more than 5 minutes continuously. The appliance can be used again
after a 10-minute rest cycle. Shift the speed control to 0 and leave the appliance to cool.
5. If more ingredients must be added, turn the appliance off. The appliance can be rested in an
upright position.
6. Add the ingredients or eliminate the excess food particles from the whisks or hooks
with a rubber or wooden scraper, and start mixing again.
