SPacer KIT aSSeMBLY
Depending on your mower, the included spacer kit
may be required to ensure the hitch mount assembly
attaches to your mower without interference. If you
used the single or double spacer assembly on this
page, skip to the instructions on page 7. If you don't
need the spacers, start assembly using the instruc-
tions on page 6.
SInGLe SPacer aSSeMBLY
•
Place mounting bracket (AA) flat onto zero turn
front frame. Open side of bracket facing up.
•
Place the hitch mount assembly (6) on the
mounting bracket (AA)
•
Using two U-bolts (BB) secure the hitch mount
assembly (6) with two mounting brackets (AA),
four washers (CC), and four hex nuts (DD). Do
not tighten.
•
If the slider tube does not fully extend into both
U-bolts (BB), then loosen the appropriate hex
bolt (G) and reposition the slider tube (2).
•
Center the hitch mount assembly on the tractor
frame.
•
Tighten all hex bolts and hex nuts.
note: Depending on your mower, U-bolts may need
to be installed at an angle.

DouBLe SPacer aSSeMBLY
•
Place mounting bracket (AA) onto zero turn front
frame. Open side of bracket facing down.
•
Place second mounting bracket (AA) on top of
the first mounting bracket (AA). Open side of
bracket facing up.
•
Place the hitch mount assembly (6) on the
mounting brackets (AA)
•
Using two U-bolts (BB) secure the hitch mount
assembly (6) with two mounting brackets (AA),
four washers (CC), and four hex nuts (DD). Do
not tighten.
•
If the slider tube does not fully extend into both
U-bolts (BB), then loosen the appropriate hex
bolt (G) and reposition the slider tube (2).
•
Center the hitch mount assembly on the tractor
frame.
•
Tighten all hex bolts and hex nuts.
