2. BEFORE USE
This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out
-
of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other
packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when
transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all
packaging materials are recycled accordingly.

Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any
piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service
immediately.

3. ASSEMBLY
1.
Take the machine out of the box. Next, place the support bar (5) and set the position that
suits you best by placing the adjustment knob in the hole under the armrest, as shown
in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3

Height adjustment:
a. Adjust the telescopic tube to the height you consider appropriate for the desired training
intensity and secure it with the screw and plastic nut. The more vertical the sliding rail (8)
is, the greater the effort. Make sure that the screws and nuts are securely fastened before
using the machine. This machine has a total of 5 adjustment positions. Use the position
that suits you best. Fig. 4

Connecting the display. Connect the display cables to those in the main frame, and fix it
to the console bracket. Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.
4. OPERATION
The correct performance of the exercise consists of following the steps described:

First, place your hands on the grip bar (3) and your arms on the foam armrest (4). Then,
with the slider in its resting position, place the knees in the knee support. The exercise
consists of raising and then lowering the slider in a controlled manner. Pay attention to
your back, it should not be arched at any stage of the movement.
Warning: if you are not strong enough to perform the exercise correctly, stop immediately.

Display operation

Press the M icon on the display to activate the console. If you use the machine
directly, the console will also be activated. Fig. 7
When you finish training, you do not need to deactivate the console. Set the switch-

off time to 3 minutes for automatic deactivation.

Display information:

TIME: it displays the training length.
COUNT: it displays the number of repetitions per session.

CAL: it displays the number of calories burned in the session.

TOT. CNT: it displays the total number of machine repetitions since the last batteries
replacement.
RPM: it displays the number of repetitions per minute.

5. INFORMATION ON EXERCISING
A proper workout should consist of the following phases:
Warm-up: consists of a session of stretching and low-intensity exercise lasting 5 to 10

minutes. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation
in preparation for exercise. Fig. 8

Training: consists of 20 to 30 minutes of exercise.
(Note: during the first few weeks of exercise do not keep your heart rate high for more than 20
minutes). Fig. 9

Cool-down: consists of 5 to 10 minutes of stretching exercises. This will increase the
flexibility of your muscles and will help prevent injuries. Fig. 8
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Lubricate the moving parts periodically to prevent premature wear.

Inspect and tighten all parts before using the machine. Replace any defective parts
immediately, and do not use the equipment again until it is in perfect working condition.

The machine can be cleaned using a slightly damp cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent.
Do not use solvents.

Do not try to repair the machine by yourself. Should you have any difficulty with the
assembly or operation of the exercise bike, or if you think that any part is missing, contact
the official Cecotec Technical Support Service.
Note:
The cleaning and maintenance frequency depends on the use frequency and intensity.
