UL:
The device shall be supplied from an isolating
transformer having a secondary overcurrent
protective device that complies with UL 248 to
be installed in the field rated either:
a) max 5 amps for voltages 0 V ~ 20 V (0 V ~
28.3 V peak), or
b) 100 / Vp for voltages of 20 V ~ 30 V (28.3
V ~ 42.4 V peak)
Alternatively, they can be supplied from a
Class 2 voltage supply.

The sensors must be connected in a voltage-free state. The following information shall
be observed, depending on the connection type:
–
Male connector connection: Pin assignment
–
Cable: Wire color
–
Terminal connection: Pin assignment and the following points
Terminal connection:
1.
Untighten the M3 screw on the back cover and remove the back cover.
2.
Lead voltage-free supply cable through the 3/8" MPT (Male Pipe Thread) fitting,
spacer, rubber seal (as illustrated below) and the back cover opening in the right
position horizontally or vertically.
3.
Tighten the 3/8" MPT (Male Pipe Thread) according to
4.
Connect and secure each of the wires to the terminal block with a torque of 0.4 to
0.5 Nm
(see table 5, page 33
5.
Put the back cover back. Ensure the back cover is free of obstruction and securely
tightened.
