Buttons and icons
There's a lot you can do with your new device, so here's a quick glance of some basic items to
get you started.
Buttons
First time use
When you first turn on your new device, you might see a setup wizard to help get you started.
Take a look at the steps below to walk through the setup process:
1. The Wi-Fi name (SSID) and Wi-Fi Password is on the label inside the back cover of the device for
use during setup. If the label is missing:
▪ The default Wi-Fi name (SSID) will be "Alcatel LINKZONE + the last 4 digits of IMEI".
▪ The default Wi-Fi password is on a piece of paper in the box.
2. Ensure the battery and SIM card are inserted
3. Hold the Power key for 3 seconds until all LED indicators illuminate in blue.
4. Connect your Wi-Fi device to your Mobile Hotspot
5. On your computer or other Wi-Fi enabled device, search for available Wi-Fi networks and select
network name (SSID) located inside the back panel of your mobile hotspot
Enter password located on label on back panel and click OK
