Troubleshooting
Problem
The appliance does not turn
on
Weak suction

Possible cause
1. No power

The dry filter is not installed, or
the dry filter is dirty
The brush roller is blocked
WiFi is not connected
CWT is empty
The dirty water in DWT has
reached the MAX line

malfunction, charging
abnormality

Brush roller is dirty
Plug not inserted properly
The brush roller is covered with
hard-to-clean debris
The transparent tray is placed
in a low-lying water-filled area,

Solution
1. Charge the appliance
2. Restart after cooling down
Install the dry filter or clean and
allow it to dry completely
Remove blockages
Follow the in-app guide to
connect to WiFi
Refill CWT
Empty the dirty water and then
reinstall the DWT
Charge the appliance, or restart
1. Cool the appliance down
and restart
2. Use the original adaptor
Remove blockages, clean the
debris channel, or restart
