TO REPLACE FILTERS
You can replace your Royal Prestige
power or water.
• Remove old filter by turning it counterclockwise.
• Install new filter by turning it clockwise.
• Reset filter life indicator, see section below.
HOW TO RESET FILTER LIFE INDICATOR
We are using "Carbon Block Filter" as an example:
• Touch and hold "Carbon Block Filter" life indicator, located on the upper
front panel of your Royal Prestige
• Follow the same process to reset "Pre-Filter" and "Reverse Osmosis."
HOW TO FLUSH FILTERS AFTER REPLACING
When flushing, the display screen will show flushing status.
• Pre-Filter: will flush automatically for 5 minutes without turning on Royal
Prestige
FrescaFlow Faucet.
®
• Carbon Block Filter: turn on Royal Prestige
15 minutes. This filter will not flush automatically.
• Reverse Osmosis Filter: turn on Royal Prestige
for 30 minutes. This filter will not flush automatically.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
GUIDELINES
• If system has not been used for seven days, turn on the Royal Prestige
FrescaFlow Faucet and flush for 10 minutes. If system is not flushed, you
may need to replace the filters.
• Monitor filter life indicator for timely replacement.
• Wipe the system's external surfaces with a clean damp cloth. Do not spray
directly with water. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or corrosive
liquids. There are NO SERVICEABLE COMPONENTS INSIDE.
• To prevent damage while cleaning your Royal Prestige
use any liquids on the filters other than water.
• To avoid damaging your Royal Prestige
• Turn off by unplugging and stop using your Royal Prestige
the drainpipe becomes blocked as this could cause leaking.
• Regularly monitor your Royal Prestige
potential leaking to avoid any property damage.
• Routinely monitor your Royal Prestige
to prevent serious damage or electrical leaking.

Note: While testing was performed under standard laboratory conditions,
actual performance may vary depending on source water quality and water usage.
In case of premature blockage and filter failure, we recommend filter replacement
according to actual usage.
TROUBLESHOOTING
MALFUNCTION DISPLAY
In case of a system fault, the malfunction indicator will display on your Royal
Prestige
FrescaFlow Faucet as follows.
®
E02: Inside Water Leak. Buzzer Keeps Beeping.
• Pull out water filter and check for water.
• If there is water present, look for a leak point. If none is found, tilt the
machine backwards and pour out bottom water. The fault will be
automatically resolved.
• Reboot your Reverse Osmosis system by unplugging it and waiting 60
seconds before plugging it back in.
• Contact Customer Service Center if E02 displays again after resolving fault.
E03: Booster Pump Overworked. Buzzer Beeps for 3 Minutes.
• Reboot your Royal Prestige

FrescaFlow by unplugging it and waiting 60
seconds before plugging it back in.
E04: Booster Pump Starts and Stops Frequently.

• Filter has expired. Check filter life indicators to confirm which filter needs to
be replaced and do so immediately.
• Low water pressure. Confirm incoming water pressure is between 14.5 PSI
and 87 PSI.
• Water supply is off. Turn on "Feed Water Adapter" or water supply valve.
• Incorrect filter installation. Reinstall the three filters, make sure they are
fitted properly.
• Tubing is crimped. Remove any crimps from tubing.

• Leak from tubing connection. Check that all tubing is installed properly.
• Filter has expired. Check filter life indicators to confirm which filter needs to
be replaced and do so immediately.
