Possible causes:
a) Sensor short-circuited internally.
b) Sensor wires in the PCB board is short-circuited.
Solutions:
a) Replace the sensor – contact customer service for assistance if
still under warranty.
b) Replace the PCB – contact customer service for assistance if still
under warranty.
