BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Remove all inserts and packaging from the product.
• Install the drip tray by inserting the two hooks of the drip tray into
the buckles on the back of the unit as shown below.

INSTALLING THE GRIDDLE
• Make sure the appliance is unplugged and completely cool.
• Lower the griddle lightly onto the cooktop surface (1), so the
bottom of the griddle is flush with the top of the electric ceramic
stove. Make sure the hooks of the griddle align with the studs of the
ceramic stove.
• Move the griddle slightly, from right to left, until the hooks attach
completely to the clamping posts (2).
Pull the griddle from back to front, to ensure that the end of the

hooks on the griddle are secured to the studs of the electric
ceramic stove (3).
