To fold the Z™ cleaner for canister use, grasp and hold the pull ring
as you are pushing down and slightly backward on either the
telescoping handle/wand or handle grip. It will click when locked in
place.

(A) to the telescoping wand (B). Attach the floor brush (C) to the end of
the wand. Extend the telescoping wand to reach the floor.

Use the hose and the powered hand tool for stair cleaning.
Always place the cleaner at the bottom of the stairs. Clean from bottom
to top.
CAUTION: To avoid personal injury, and to prevent the cleaner from
falling, use extra care if the cleaner is placed on stairs.
Using the Z™ cleaner as a canister
The cleaner can be carried in the canister position as shown.
Hard surface flooring may be cleaned using the floor brush with
the Z™ cleaner in the canister position. Attach the plastic wand
The hose on the Z™ cleaner extends a full 20' and will reach all
the way to the top of a flight of stairs when the cleaner is placed
NOTE: Maximum performance of the powered hand
tool will be achieved if (1) the cleaner is not placed in
the "Gentle Brush" mode; and (2) the powered hand
tool is used on the end of the hose without the tele-
scoping wand.
