IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed Including
the followings:
1. Read all the instructions carefully.
2. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cords, plugs, or the appliance in
water or any other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4. Unplug from the power supply when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before
putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
5. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or if the appliance mal-
functions, or has been damaged in any manner.
6. Do not use outdoors.
7. Do not let the plug hang over the edge of a table or counter, or come into contact with
hot surfaces.
8. Do not place near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
9. Extreme caution must be used when moving the appliance.
10. Always attach the cord to the appliance first, then the plug to the power supply. To
disconnect, turn any switches to "Off", then remove plug from power supply.
11. CAUTION: This appliance generates heat during use. Proper precautions must be taken
to prevent the risk of burns, fires or any other damage to people or property.
12. Do not leave the unit unattended while in use.
13. This appliance is for household use only. Do not use the appliance for anything other
than its intended use.
14. To reduce the risk of electric shock, only heat milk in the removable ceramic jug.
