If there is no mist or less mist than usual, please try the following:
•
Unplug the di user before performing the following procedures.
•
Check the water level. If the water is above the water fill line, carefully
pour out the excess water from the opposite side of the reservoir
ventilation hole.
•
Check for essential oil buildup on the ultrasonic plate. If oil buildup is
present, follow the cleaning instructions. The ultrasonic plate must be
free of residual oil buildup for the di user to operate properly.
•
Check that the fan intake under the di user is free of any obstruction or
debris that may restrict airflow. (After the di user is on, you should hear
the fan.)
•
Refill the water reservoir to the fill line and restart. If it still does not mist,
there may be a problem with the ultrasonic plate. If necessary, before
you install the outer cover, remove the inner lid while the di user is on
and verify that the water is bubbling. If the water is bubbling, the
ultrasonic plate is working. If the water is not bubbling, the ultrasonic
plate is broken, and the di user needs to be replaced.
If the light doesn't work when you press the On/O button,
please call Member Services for further instructions.
If water is leaking from the unit, please try the following:
•
Verify that the inner lid is in place.
•
Move the di user to a more temperature-controlled environment. If the
external air temperature is very low or there is a high level of humidity in
the air, the di user mist may condense into water droplets.
When switched on, if the di user light blinks several times and then shuts
o , please try the following:
•
Check that water is in the reservoir and is not above the water fill line.
If there is too much water, unplug the di user and adjust the water to
the water fill line and restart.

This warranty does not cover:

not intended to be used

Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect
3.
Defects or damage from using oils other than those supplied or sold by
Young Living Essential Oils or an authorized distributor
4.
Defects or damage from using materials other than essential oils
