1. Strapping tensioner see FIG. 1, Press the tension bar and load
strapping,L≥3inch(8cm).
2. Put packed the strapping slips into the cutter trough and the capstan
trough,see FIG. 2 .
3.Operate this tension bar repeatedly from FIG. 2 to FIG.3,the strapping
will be tightened.
