Headboard Bracket Installation Guide (Optional)
STEP 1
Make sure the bottom
of the base is facing up.
Accessories for
installation: 4 torx bolts,
2 short bolts, 2 nuts,
2 brackets.
STEP 2
Lay the bracket flat on the corner of
the base. Make sure to align the leg
hole and the small bolt hole on the
bottom corner of the bracket.
STEP 3
a) Thread the leg into the main hole, and twist to tighten. Do not
over tighten.
b) Using short bolt and nut, secure the out edge of bracket.
STEP 4
Repeat Steps 2-3 to install the
other bracket.

STEP 5
Align the headboard with the bracket, and slide the headboard on
to the bracket track.
STEP 6
Use the flower bolts to secure
the headboard to the bracket.
