settings by following the
procedures described on
page 14 from 16 onwards.

* PR channels from PROO to PR99 are
preset to EDIT menu pages 1 to 10. If
you hold down or menu
button, the screen changes to the next
(or previous) EDIT menu page.

broadcast channel to delete.
The broadcast of the selected

broadcast channel preset to the PR
channel number following the
deleted channel appears on your
TV.

deleted PR channel number are
shifted back one by one to the
preceding PR channel number.
. To continue deleting other
broadcast channels, repeat
steps 1 and 2.
To change the PR channel
number of a broadcast
channel:
. Press or menu
button to select the
broadcast channel whose PR
channel number is to be
changed.
The broadcast of the selected
broadcast channel is displayed on
your TV.
. Press (@/?) (Picture/sound)
button.
Press or menu
button to move the selected
broadcast channel to the
column of the desired PR
channel number.

* By the above operation, the PR
channel numbers of some other
broadcast channels are preset again
to the immediately preceding (or
following) PR channel number from
already preset numbers.
To continue changing the PR
channel of other broadcast
channels, repeat steps 1 to 4.
Mi To add a new broadcast

channel to a PR channel:
Press or menu
button to select the row
containing the PR channel
number to which the new
broadcast channel is to be
preset.
Press (— =) button to
display the screen for
entering the desired
broadcast channel number
Each press of (==) button
changes the screen cyclically as
follows:

CH: Terrestrial broadcast channels
CC: Cable TV channels

between the displayed CH/CC

* Broadcast channels already preset to
PR channel numbers following the PR
channel number to which the new
broadcast channel was added, are
preset again, one by one, to
subsequent PR channels having a
larger channel number. Also, the
broadcast channel preset to PR99Q is
deleted.
5. To continue adding new
channels, repeat steps 1 to 4.
@To set a station ID toa
broadcast channel:
1. Press or menu
button to select the
broadcast channel to which
the station ID is to be preset.
2. Press (_—) or
menu button.
The STATION ID setting menu is
displayed.
3. Repeatedly press ( — ),
C4). A) or GJ menu
buttons to select the desired
station ID characters.
4. Press (@/?) (Picture/sound)
button to enter the
characters.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to
complete entry of the station
ID.
