9/ Common fault prompts and solu­
tions
1. The product cannot power
1. Make sure the power button and DC/AC button are turned on. (If the ambient
temperature is not within the range of -lO'C ~40'C, the product may not be available).
2. When connecting the power plug of electrical device to this product, be sure to insert
the plug to the root. If there is any water or foreign matter on the charger connector or
charging input terminals, remove it.
3. Please check the remaining power on the display. If the remaining power is less than
10%, you need to charge the product.
4. Please check whether the voltage and power of your device are higher than the
output power limit of this product.
5. if the voltage and power of the device are higher than the limit value, the short-circuit
protection, overcharge protection, over-current protection, discharge protection,
temperature protection, overload protection etc. Will be activated, this product will be
shut down automatically. Please check if the protection circuit work.
2. What are the common display failure prompts?
1. When the USB is over-current or short-circuit protected, the output port will turn off,
and the USB icon will flash to warn
2. When USB-C is over-current or short-circuit protected, the output port will close, and
the USB-C icon flashes to warn
3. When the car socket is over-current or short-circuit protected, the output port will
closes, and the DC-OUT icon flashes to warn
4. when continuous AC output until low voltage, AC-OUT icon on the display will flash to
warn, and then turn of AC output.
5. G)if over-temperature protection is activated when AC output, will turn of AC output,
can AC output normally after the temperature of the product goes down.
@if AC overload, AC output will be turned off and AC icon on the display will flash to
warn. Only can be recovered after remove the load.
®if AC output in over voltage condition, AC output will be turned off. Only can be
recovered after remove the load.
