The forward feed jig is sprung vertically. The force of the relieving spring is increased or decreased by
turning the threaded rod with the knob. It can be fixed at various levels with the knurled nut (M) (Figure 5).

8 Care and maintenance
8.1 Maintenance
The F3 I requires virtually no maintenance. The F3 I
ERGO
Dental employees or a workshop authorized by Degussa Dental.
8.2 Care
The F3 I
can be cleaned with a soft cloth but without using solvents. Avoid blasting the milling
ERGO
machine with compressed air as this may damage it.
8.3 Replacing the safety fuse
Unplug the milling machine from the mains !
The safety fuse (N) is on the right side of the milling machine
beside the power switch (E).
Should the fuse be triggered off several times, the milling
machine is probably defective and must be repaired by an
authorized service technician.
