CLEANING THE NOZZLE
- To clean the nozzle, use the Tip cleaner (M) on
the nozzle water outlet, so you will have to in-
troduce the cleaning tip and move during 50-60
seconds in order to erase any water disturbance
on the nozzle.
DETERGENT APPLICATION
- In order to use the detergent function, take the
soap bottle out of the soap nozzle and fill it with
an adequate cleaning product, suitable for this
kind of products. Connect again the soap bottle
to the soap nozzle (Fig. 6).
- After you used all the detergent in the bottle,
refill it or replace it for the lance in order to finish
cleaning task.
- WARNING: this appliance constantly takes the
soap. If you are using the appliance with deter-
gent and you want to stop using detergent but
continue cleaning, take out the detergent tube,
placed in the soap tank.
ANGLE TO THE CLEANING SURFACE
- For your knowing, maximum impact of water
to the surface you want to clean is when you
point perpendicularly the surface. However, this
high impact may cause the dust particles to get
imbed in the surface, difficulting the cleaning
operation you want to do.
- The optimum angle for spraying water against a
cleaning surface is 45 degrees.
- Distance from cleaning surface
- The optimum cleaning distance is 50 cm away
from the surface. However, if the dirt is not
removed with this distance, you can get closer,
so the impact force will increase.
- WARNING: if the surface is not strong enough it
could give in, so it could get rumpled.
HOW TO AVOID DAMAGING SURFACE
- By controlling the parameters explained before,
you can adjust the hitting force of the water
stream, so then you can regulate. The best way
is to start with a complet 60º of the nozzle, at
45º and 50 cm away. Then you can start modi-
fying these parameters.
OPERATION
- Mount the appliance acoording to the mounting
the appliance section on this manual.
- Prepare the appliance to the suitable use you
need to do.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Before starting, make sure the cleaning surface
is prepared to be cleaned. Also prepare the
environment. If there are plants or trees, be
assured to cover them with drop clothes. This
will ensure that your plants are not sprayed with
detergent.
INITIAL HIGH-PRESSURE RINSE
- Adjust the spry nozzle to a wide fan position so
you won't apply too much concentrated spray to
the surface and avoid to damage the surface.
DETERGENT APPLICATION
- WARNING: Always use the appropriate
instructions or model purchased. See them in
detergent applications section.
- WARNING: Follow the detergent manufacturer's
label instructions in order to mix the correct pro-
portions between water and dtetergnt (normally
around 5% detergent per 95% water).
FINAL RINSE
- Once you finished applying detergent, change
the detergent applicator (depending on model)
or raise the pressure on the spray nozzle,
and use water to wash up and remove all the
detergent.
AFTER-USE
- Turn the appliance off and disconnect I from the
mains and the water supply.
- Trigger the gun to depressurize the system so
no damage can occure while dismounting the
appliance.
- CAUTION: Never turn the water supply off
without turning off the appliance. Serious dama-
ge can be caused to the pump and/or motor.
- WARNING: Despressurize the system every
time before dismounting the appliance.
