TROUBLESHOOTING CHART:

Loss of drive
Engine "backfires"
when turning

CAUSE
1 Freewheel control in
"DISENGAGED" position.
CORRECTION
1 Place freewheel control in
"ENGAGED" position.
2 Debris on steering plate (if 2 See "CLEANING" in the
