Maintenance and care
To clean your vac-clean uv 2®, we recommend wiping it with damp cleaning cloths. Unscrew the base attachment
with the attachment head after use and clean it in an ultrasonic bath, e.g. u-sonic 3. Then dry well under a drying
hood, e.g. dry-cap uv 3.1®. Wipe the filter and LED 3. Please also observe the care and operating instructions for
your hearing aids. The vac-clean uv 2® is very energy efficient. The lithium-ion battery only needs to be recharged
when it is empty (see Initial operation) i LED 1 lights up red. Your vac-clean uv 2® has 3 suction levels (ooo / oo / o)
with different strengths. By briefly touching the I/O button, you can switch between the suction levels as required
during operation.
! Warnings
Avoid contact with water! The vac-clean uv 2® must not be operated near washbasins or similar! Avoid mechanical
stress caused by impact and falling! The vac-clean uv 2® must not be operated in the vicinity of fire or easily flam-
mable objects! In the event of malfunctions, return the appliance to the dealer! Do not disassemble the appliance!
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not use the appliance as a toy! This appliance is not intended
for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and/or knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety. Caution is advised for all short-term applications on the body; consult a doctor in the event of
abnormalities.
