ො Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord or plug, or a� er the heater malfunc-
ti ons, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner.
ො Avoid the use of an extension cord as this may overheat and cause a risk of fi re.
ො Use the heater in a well-venti lated area. Do not insert or allow objects to enter any
venti lati on or exhaust opening. To prevent a possible fi re, do not block air intakes or ex-
haust openings in any manner. Do not use on so� surfaces, like a bed, where openings
may become blocked. Use the heater on fl at, dry surfaces only.
ො Do not place this heater near fl ammable materials, surfaces or substances, as there
may be a risk of fi re. Keep the above fl ammable materials, surfaces or substances at
least 1m from the front of the product and keep them away from the sides and rear.
ො Do not use the heater in any areas where petrol, paint or other fl ammable liquids are
stored e.g. Garages or workshops as a hot, arcing or sparking parts inside the heater.
ො Don't use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming
pool. Never locate the heater where it may fall into bathtub or other water container.
ො This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns and personal injury, do not let bare skin
touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving the product.
ො Be sure that no other appliances are in use on the same electrical circuit as your prod-
uct as an overload can occur.
ො This heater is fi lled with a precise quanti ty of special oil.
ො Repair requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the manufacturer
or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leakage.
ො Regulati ons concerning the disposal of oil when scrapping the appliance have to be
followed.
ො The heater should not be used in a room, of which the fl oor area is less than 5 M2.
ො The cord shouldn't be placed nearby the hot surface of the appliance.
NOTE: It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the fi rst ti me or when they are
turned on a� er having not been used for a long period of ti me the heaters may have noise
inside. This will disappear when the heater has been on a short while.

Fit the separate foot to the radiator by pushing it fi rmly onto the end fi n.
