5. Initial start-up
Make sure that the filter in the tap connection is pointing
upwards.
1. Wrap PTFE tape around the thread of the tap.
2. Screw the irrigation controller to the garden tap and en-
sure that the indicator is as vertical as possible to prevent
rainwater from collecting and entering the interior.
3. Wrap PTFE tape around the thread of the water outlet.
4. Screw the garden hoses to the outlet of the irrigation
controller.
5. Turn on the tap after programming the timer.
