4 ASSEMBLY AND USE OF THE BOWL AND ACCESSORIES
Note: Before first use, carefully clean and rinse all parts of the appliance.
• Lift the head of the appliance by pressing the lever to unlock the swivel head (Fig.1)
• Place the bowl in its place and turn in a clockwise direction (Fig. 2)
• Insert the desired accessory (dough hook, multi-bladed whisk, beater) in the main drive shaft,
locking it towards the right (Fig.3)
• Press down on the unlocking lever to lower the head (Fig.4)
• Fix the splash-guard lid onto the bowl (make sure that the base of the lid is correctly positioned
inside the bowl) (Fig. 5)
• Fix the feeder onto the lid (make sure that the base of the feeder is also positioned inside the bowl)
(Fig. 6) The feeder facilitates the adding of different ingredients during preparation
• Add the ingredients according to the recipe
• To start the appliance and adjust speed, turn the start button in an anticlockwise direction (Fig.7)

Dough: 2 kg; maximum speed 4
5 CLEANING
• Always switch off and unplug your appliance before cleaning it
• Wash the body and head of the appliance with a damp cloth
• Dismantle the parts and clean them separately
• Remove the attachments from the Stand Mixer before washing The mixing paddle, dough hook,
splash guard and pour spout can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher (place on the top shelf )
Note: The chef's whisk is not dishwasher safe and should be washed by hand. All attachments
should be dried thoroughly before storing.
